A distinctly oaky wine with aromas of cocoa, coffee and pencil lead that dominate those of red cherries in the background. On the palate, it is round in structure with more oaky flavours of bitter chocolate mixed with succulent fruit and an astringent finish. A blend of 70% Tempranillo with 25% Garnacha and 5% Syrah grown in the family’s vineyard in La Mancha, Drama certainly makes a statement.
