A low intervention wine fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks at relatively cool temperatures to preserve a fresh, fruity style. Bottled with no added sulphites. Earthy, savoury notes blend with tangy dark fruit on the nose and palate. Mouthwatering acidity and grippy tannins bookend this full-bodied red. 2023-2026 – JB
