Pale lemon-green hue. Dare I say a 'serious' Pinot Grigio, with fuller, velvety texture, generous peaches and cream, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. There is entertaining interplay between oily texture and acidity, which provides unusually good length. Great quaff!
