Medium garnet hue. Fully mature and delicious, with tertiary notes of cedar, licorice, tobacco, clove and cinnamon. The palate is still lively, with pleasant vegetal notes of forest floor and wet leaves emerging from amongst the bundle of prune and fig. Needs to come with a health warning that states ‘hard to put down’. 2026-2028 – MP
