Nine months of ageing on fine lees in large French oak barrels has yielded an opulent, richly textured white wine. This southern French blend has an inviting nose of ripe yellow fruit and butterscotch. The palate is generously proportioned with just enough freshness to lift the toasty, buttery, fruit-laden core.
