The crisp, cool climate of the Le Pavillon vineyards nestled in the Dundee hills makes its presence felt in this old-vine, ungrafted Pinot Noir. Red fruit allied to subtle oak influence with floral notes of rose and violet work with cherry, cranberry, plum, licorice and cinnamon.
