Pale ruby hue. A refreshing, juicy burst of red fruit tinged with dried garrigue-like herbs. Vivid and bright, with supple, ripe tannins, and just utterly delicious. Has enough concentration to last a couple of years but should be enjoyed in its youth for its joyous fruit. Chill lightly in summer and drink like a rosé. 2027-2029 – NH
