The co-fermentation of Shiraz with Viognier adds a floral lift to the wine and stabilizes its colour. The use of 9% Viognier and 15% whole cluster grapes in the 2019 K1 Single Vineyard Middle Hill Shiraz results in a bouquet with highlights of plum, blackberry and flowers. The palate is concentrated with flavours of blackberry, black currant, plum and cherry. 2022-2025 – LW
