Pale lemon hue. Gorgeous nose of white peach puree, passion fruit, nectarine, mimosa, salted almonds and candle wax. Complex, structured and, frankly, gorgeous. This is everything that Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé should be and seldom are. It's long and delicate yet with sufficient body to match with food, and a vast array of subtle aromas including passion fruit, peach, nectarine, apricot and lemon curd.
