The vineyards of the Ventoux Appellation lie in the foothills and western slopes of towering Mont Ventoux. The “La Pouitoune” cuvée is produced from vines planted at 300 metres altitude, giving a lively quality to the wine. Earthy notes mingle with ripe dark fruits and hints of dark chocolate on the nose. The palate is brisk and firm, with fine depth of flavour and ripe, structured tannins. 2023-2027–JB
