The wine has a pale platinum yellow color and a medium-intensity note of quince with a hint of gingerbread - simple and pleasant. Dry with a soft, adequate acidity, a medium extract, a medium texture and a medium body, the palate has a lovely length and medium-intensity flavors of apple butter, quince and a hint of ginger or cinnamon on a medium finish.
