A mellow and intense wine, it has aromas of cooked forest fruits and vanilla. It is soft and smooth with medium to full body and a grainy texture. Flavours of ginger complement mellow fruits with some grip on the finish. Loess Inspiration is made with the same care and attention as Jaime’s premium wines – and benefits from those components that don’t quite make the cut for the top wines.
