Pale lemon hue. Delicate, with notes of green apple, dried honey, white peach and honeysuckle. The lightest and most ethereal expression of Mosel Riesling from this hallowed site where the Mosel hits a solid slate wall and heads north. Showing delicate notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, white grapefruit, orange blossom and pear. The high acidity adds some drive to the finish, and the fruit just needs a few more years to unfurl. 2027-2030 – MP
