This southwest-facing site features weathered red slate. A light-yellow hue here. It opens with a medium-plus intensity aromatic set with savoury, cabbage roll, verbena, lamb lanolin and dried lemon peel elements. The palate is dry with a medium acidity, a medium extract, a soft-plus texture, a medium body and waxy, savoury, lamb lanolin, cabbage rolls and dried citrus peel flavours mirroring the nose and concluding with a medium finish. 2024-26–IR
