Pale lemon hue. Gorgeous nose, with ripe red apple, Conference pear, acacia, dried honey, lime zest and blossom. The simple pleasure of a medium-sweet Kabinett is truly not to be missed. With just 7.5% ABV, the delicacy and racy acidity in this wine are what it's all about. With notes of citrus fruits, floral tones and piercing acidity, this is begging to be glugged with shellfish, smoked salmon or salty snacks, all before the main event.
