From a vineyard with a portion of ungrafted, ancient vines made with individually picked shrivelled berries. A developed, light amber appearance. The nose confirms with a medium-plus intensity lifted, layered alloy of advanced aromas: dried and poached pears, smoke, verbena, lemon oil, goldenrod and mushrooms. The very sweet but nicely balanced palate completes the picture with a medium acidity, a high extract, a full body and impressive length and persistence of poached and dried pears, mango, lemon oil, peach and a medium-plus finish. 2024-2038–IR
