From the vineyard with a proportion of ungrafted 100-year-old vines. The wine shows a light-yellow colour and softer impact aromas of thistle milk, oatmeal, wax/paraffin, fresh daisy/camomile and lemon sorbet, with a savoury hint. The palate is dry with a medium acidity, a medium-plus extract, a soft-plus texture, a medium-plus body and lovely length and fruit with waxy, oatmeal, nuts, lemon sorbet and floral elements concluding with a medium-plus finish. 2024-2030–IR
