Pale lemon hue. Closed and discreet, with hints of acacia, lemon, honeysuckle, jasmine and green apple. From my favourite vineyard in all of the vast Molitor estate - the Sonnenuhr vineyard in Zelting always seems to find an extra gear. Citrus and floral notes work together with a mere hint of spice to create a discreet yet complex nose. At 11% this has enough heft for food, but it is also in its element just on its own. 2027-2032 – MP
