Pear and apple base, aged for two years in oak. With a light golden-yellow appearance, it shows a medium-plus intensity, classic fresh and dried apple nose followed by Asian pear, quince, vanilla and cardamom. Offers a medium weight on the palate with a soft entry but warms up quickly and features notes of cardamom, nutmeg, herbs, dried apple, Asian pear and quince preserve, closing with a hot pear-flavoured medium-plus finish.
