Most Cava is produced in vineyards in the hills of Penedès, west of Barcelona, which have a long history of growing the special local grapes, Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Mas Dahoa is a family-owned winery, known for producing high quality, authentic Cava in both Brut Nature and Brut styles. In our view, Cava has never been better quality or value than it is today.

MAS DAHOA CAVA BRUT NATURE, DOP CAVA
Pale lemon hue. The bone-dry, Brut Nature style of sparkling wine has become extremely fashionable, at least amongst sommeliers – and Cava producers do it particularly well. With bright aromas of lime and apple crumble, this is highly flavoursome and has sufficient depth of fruit to balance the wine's naturally dry finish. Can easily be served with fish and seafood, or as aperitif. 2027-2028–RB
