An opaque, deep ruby pour. Shy, medium-minus intensity aromatics of dark chocolate, toffee, vanilla, beetroot and cranberry reduction on the nose. Dry with a medium-minus acidity, it has a medium extract, medium fine squeaky-textured tannins, a medium body and matching length and fruit with powdery plum skin and pit presence, hints of blood orange, beetroot and cranberry reduction preceding a medium finish. 2025-2027 – IR
