This phenomenon tempers the hot, sunny climate giving very crisp acidity to many Monterey County wines: this Chardonnay is a good example. The palate is broad and smooth with very lively acidity and tangy fruit flavours that run the gamut from citrussy to tropical in profile. 2023-2026.–JB
