Medium amber hue. Attractive nose brimming with baked apples, cooked yellow plums, sultanas and woody spice. Though relatively sweet, the palate is far from cloying, offering a certain woody/apply grip balancing the residual sugar. Scrumptous flavours combine oven-baked apples and plum pie, surely making for a novel (and highly enjoyable) finish to any meal. 2026-2034 – HM
