A smooth rosé with a fine creamy texture, it is pale in colour with elegant aromas of talc, rose and red berries. Made from a selection of Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes using the traditional saignée method – the skins and juice were in contact for approximately four hours. Vanesa has been working on making a quality rosé for some years and has finally created a wine she is happy to release.
