Three traditional grapes plus 5% Chardonnay. A light yellow hue here, and the nose leads with a range of medium-intensity aromas: floral/nasturtium, nuts, lemon peel, yellow apple and plum, hint of burnt sugar and dried fruit. The palate is dry, has a medium acidity, a lazy grippy mousse, a light extract, a soft texture, a light body with medium-plus length and intensity of yellow plum, fresh and dried yellow apple and lemon peel towards a medium finish. It is delicate but long, and quite well made. 2024-2026–IR
