Deep purple hue. Portugal's warm, sunny climate is well suited to some international grape varieties as well as its many local ones. Syrah, in particular, thrives in the vineyards around Lisbon, and this is an outstanding example, showing lovely natural balance and purity of fruit. Floral and perfumed, with refreshing, peppery undertones and ripe tannins, perfectly balanced acidity and a long, harmonious finish. 2027-2029 – RB
