An interesting, complex sparkling wine with aromas of hay, hops, vanilla custard, floral and herbal notes. Produced from selected Hondarrabi Zuri grapes, it was made using the traditional Champagne method, with a second fermentation in bottle and then matured on its lees for 18 months. It is supple with a creamy texture and ripe white fruit flavours leading to a lingering crisp, sour lemon finish.
