This Sainte Croix IGP Var case includes three bottles each of Blanc and Rosé from the 2025 vintage, offering fresh, Mediterranean wines. The Blanc, a blend of Chardonnay and Colombard, shows a pale lemon hue with a creamy mid-palate, balanced by bright notes of white peach, citrus, and a touch of flinty minerality, making it equally suited as an aperitif or alongside fish and salads. The Rosé, a blend of Merlot, Grenache, and Muscat, is a delicate partridge’s eye pink, bursting with floral and aromatic notes like Turkish delight, orange blossom, and rose hip, supported by lively acidity and a long, elegant finish.
