Deep ruby hue. Complex and delightful, with a tight core of ripe black fruit, including Byng cherry, cassis, crushed blueberry, menthol, and eucalyptus, alongside vanilla and coconut. The palate leads with surprisingly robust structure, including firm tannins and mouth-watering acidity. Black-fruit layers seamlessly sit on discreet oak, and together they drive a long, rounded finish that leaves one wanting another glass. Great food and wine! 2026-2028 – MP
