A medium-bodied white with fresh apple and white fruit flavours and a touch of minerality. Pinot Blanc grapes were grown in most northern sites of the Pfalz region on soils high in limestone content. Yields are reduced by the nature of the soils and work in the vineyards with a green harvest in June.
