Medium ruby hue with orange rim. Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG is one of my favourite sub regions, and this shows a delicateness in keeping with the region. It has a beautiful silky texture, enjoyable acidity and appealing red cherry fruit. There is added complexity in notes of rosemary, spicy oak and a hint of smoked meat, with fine tannins that support and refresh. 2027-2029 – JA
