A flavoursome Verdejo with intense grapefruit and passion fruit aromas. It is medium-bodied with nice depth and a bitter citrus finish giving length on the palate. Grapes were harvested at night around September 15, de-stemmed and the juice left to macerate with the skins for 5-8 hours.
