This Rueda was carefully crafted from a blend of 50% mature bush-vine fruit and 50% grapes of younger cordon-trained vines. The grapes harvested from the bush vines were fermented in oak and then matured sur lie in French and American barrels for four months. The fruit of the cordon-trained vines was fermented at a cool temperature before resting on its lees for four months in stainless steel. The result is a wine nuanced with layers of flavour and texture. 2023-2026–LW
