The Carparelli family protects the purity of fruit flavours in their wines by harvesting their grapes by hand and placing them into small boxes. The Verso Sud is a unique wine made from the rare Susumaniello variety. Its perfume is reminiscent of plum, blackberry, raspberry and vanilla. A chorus of ripe black fruit flavours, vanilla, black pepper and a touch of herb follow on the palate. 2023–2026–LW
