Night harvesting helps to protect the grapes from oxidation and reduces the need for sulfites, while a cold pre-fermentation maceration enhances the wine’s fruity character. Earthy plum and black cherry scents are replicated on the handsomely concentrated palate. Balanced acidity and powdery tannins support. 2023-2025–LW
