Deep ruby hue. This digs deep and comes up with an astonishingly complex nose blending menthol, liquorice, black cherry, plum, cardamom, clove and layers of plum fruit with integrated tannins. Here the fruit is allowed to sing, supported with some well-judged oak that adds another note to the lingering finish. Fabulous discovery for members. 2027-2030 – MP
