Although much maligned, the rosé Prosecco category allows producers to experiment with small additions of Pinot Noir to add weight and complexity to the blend. This has a fine mousse and is gorgeously drinkable. Cherry, strawberry, red currant and raspberry flavours are complemented by boisterous acidity and perfect length.
