A restrained style with appealing hints of fresh apple and honeysuckle alongside a yeasty character. It is smooth with nice mid-palate weight followed by a firm, pithy finish giving length.

Zucchetto Baccarat Extra Brut Rosato Prosecco DOC Treviso Paolo Zucchetto
Pale salmon in colour, it has hints of redcurrant, herbs, strawberries and cherries. Produced from 86% Glera with 14% Pinot Noir, it was matured six months in tank and has good weight with some sour blackcurrant flavour and good depth.
