This cuvée was barrel fermented in second- and third-use oak, in which it was aged for another six months post-racking. This gives the wine a far more subtle oak influence. Medium yellow. Nicely intense aromas with quince preserve, floral notes, Turkish delight and Mirabelle plum preserve, with a touch of minerality – chalk. Medium acidity, dry, medium to full extract and body, with nice length and fruit intensity of pretty quince??, fresh and preserved, yellow flowers, yellow plum and vanilla. 2025-2032.–IR
